I bought a set of Game Science precision dice from Game Station. These are amazing dice and Game Station offered a very good price. Unfortunately, one of the dice had a manufacturing flaw (Have I mentioned before how much I hate buying things online?).
I sent an email to Game Station explaining the problem. They immediately responded asking where I would like to have the replacement sent (even though the purchase was over a year old). Two days later, the new die appeared in the mail.
I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I enjoy quick, friendly service. Some companies would have demanded that I first ship back the defective die (at my expense) or simply told me that I had waited too long to ask for a replacement. Here, the question never came up. They simply sent me a new one, no questions asked.
I’m having good luck with online businesses this week. : )
